Child Development Associate Training Course

CDA Child Development Associate Training: This is a 120 hour course for persons interested in becoming credentialed in Child Development (CDA). The following content areas are covered: planning a safe, healthy environment to invite learning; steps to advance children’s physical and intellectual development; positive ways to support children’s social and emotional development; strategies to establish productive relationships with families; maintaining a commitment to professionalism; observing and recording children’s behavior, and principles of child growth and development. Textbook will be purchased the first night of class.

National Electrical Code Update: This program is required for Journeyman and Master Electricians to renew their State of Michigan licenses. This program is also certified for Electrical Inspectors as a 15 hour technical class. Students MUST attend all five (5) sessions to receive credit. Textbooks availble for those students interested.
