High School Diploma/Credit Recovery Courses

High School Completion Learning Lab: Independent Study in a lab setting. A high school completion student may earn credit for classes completed in academic and elective courses. A student may register for multiple sessions. This program is widely used by students who need to earn credits for high school completion.

Monday through Thursday, 9/8/08 - 1/8/09
Time Frames:
4:00 - 6:30 p.m. OR 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.

Independent Study: This newly created course offers students the option to pursue credits toward a high school diploma OR to prepare for the GED exam. Students work independently to reach their unique educational goal, being aided by an instructor and a support specialist to answer questions or help explain a problem. An official GED practice test will be available for those students preparing to take the GED. High School Completion students will be awarded credit as they complete the courses needed to graduate.
