Welcome to the Bay-Arenac ISD Career Center
Adult & Continuing Education!
We are committed to offering an outstanding selection of Career/Technical
training and academic program opportunities at a convenient
location that are taught by a highly qualified and student
friendly instructional staff. We share a commitment for educational
excellence in preparing our diverse student population to become
successful life-long learners. At this time, Adult Education
funding in Michigan has experienced a reduction in funding
of 72%, which serves students 20 years of age and over. However,
we believe Adult Education is vital to the State of Michigan,
and will continue to offer our quality programs in High School
completion, GED preparation, and Career/Technical training
to the best of our ability.
In order to continue to provide quality education to our community,
you may notice some changes as you browse through the Fall
Schedule. Such as, most courses require a textbook to be purchased
the first week of class and a few courses will be offered on
a rotating basis instead of every semester.
